Privacy Policy

Amexa Vapes (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we use it, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

What we collect

When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number and order history. Payment details are processed securely by our payment providers — we never see or store your full card number. We also verify that you are aged 18 or over before you can purchase, using our age verification system.

How we use your data

We use your data to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, verify your age as required by UK law, prevent fraud, and — only where you have opted in — send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Sharing

We share data only with the services needed to run the store: our ecommerce platform, payment providers, delivery couriers, and our email service. We never sell your personal data.

Retention & your rights

Order records are kept as required for tax and legal purposes. You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise any right, contact us at info@amexagroup.co.uk.
